In today’s biomedical research racing to find a better cure for all kinds of diseases, the approaches by systems biology and translational medicine are no doubt holding the brightest hope. With the huge amount of data generated from a battery of innovative laboratory technologies, many powerful informatics tools have been developed to analyze these data, and to accelerate and advance the research in this field. From the diseases, biomarkers, pathways, to the therapeutic compounds and back, this talk will focus on the best informatics tools that will help researchers answer the most critical questions in their studies.
